Job Title: Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at The Canadian Brewhouse. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and train staff in various areas of responsibility
* Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements
* Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
* Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
* Conduct performance reviews and address customer complaints or concerns
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment
* Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
* College/CEGEP education
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Transportation: own transportation or public transportation available

Work Environment:

* Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
* Work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Repetitive tasks and attention to detail required
