Job Title: Desktop Support Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our users, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows desktops and applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify areas for improvement and implement process or technology enhancements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange, and SQL
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science or equivalent
