Job Description

At Iron Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop EUC Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients and end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and end-users, ensuring that their technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with desktop and laptop hardware and software, using your expertise to resolve problems and prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and maintenance of our clients' IT infrastructure.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry, applying your knowledge to improve our support services and processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and end-users, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in desktop support and IT service management, with a strong background in hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, end-users, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of ITSM systems and Microsoft Windows operating systems, with experience in supporting and troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Desired Qualifications
  • CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, etc.) and/or Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCITP, MCSE, etc.).
  • Experience with mobile devices, including iOS and Android operating systems.
  • Knowledge of current and legacy hardware platforms, with experience in building, configuring, replacing, and troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware components.
