At Pazzo Pizzeria and Cafe Bouffon, we are seeking a skilled and experienced cook to join our culinary team. As a cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will also be responsible for inspecting kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety. Additionally, you will train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment. **Tasks:**

* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
* Inspect kitchens and food service areas
* Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food

* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
* Recruit and hire staff
* Manage kitchen operations
