Job Description

The BLUEBIRD CAFE & GRILL is seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Management: Develop efficient scheduling systems to ensure seamless meal preparation and timely delivery.
  • Inventory Control: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements, minimizing waste and optimizing budget allocation.
  • Staff Supervision: Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards for food presentation, taste, and service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Planning: Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring expenses and revenue to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements

To succeed as an Executive Chef Manager at BLUEBIRD CAFE & GRILL, you must possess:

  • Secondary (High) School Diploma or Equivalent;
  • A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong time management skills and attention to detail.
