Executive Head Chef and Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Head Chef and Restaurant Manager to lead our kitchen team at Bluebird Cafe & Grill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.
Job Description- Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a commercial kitchen, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. You will be responsible for creating menus, ordering supplies, and managing stock levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will work closely with our front-of-house team and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
In addition to your culinary expertise, you will also be responsible for managing staff rotas, training new recruits, and addressing any performance issues that may arise. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of managing a commercial kitchen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
