Job Title: Chief Financial Operations Director

United Way of New York State (UWNYS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Operations Director to lead the organization's financial operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, leadership, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Manage and oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure effective financial management and compliance
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational strategies
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior leadership and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in financial management and leadership
  • Proven track record of success in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
