ETLAS FREIGHT is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Fleet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our transportation fleet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing finances, arranging shipping documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage finances or budget to optimize fleet performance
  • Arrange for shipping documentation and track goods in transit
  • Ensure transport compliance with regulations and industry standards
  • Negotiate services and rates with suppliers
  • Oversee scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods
  • Monitor revenue and adjust transportation service rates as needed
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
