Job Title: Transportation Fleet Manager

ETLAS FREIGHT is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Fleet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our transportation fleet. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods from point of origin to destination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage finances or budget to optimize transportation costs
  • Arrange for shipping documentation and track goods in transit
  • Ensure transport compliance with regulations
  • Establish and implement policies for transportation and storage of goods
  • Negotiate for services and preferential rates
  • Oversee scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods
  • Monitor revenue and record cargo information
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in transportation management
  • More than 20 people supervised
  • Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, and work under pressure
  • Accurate, client-focused, flexible, and proactive
