Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and Supervise Staff: Train and supervise food service staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about our menu, policies, and procedures.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Hire and Manage Staff: Hire and manage food service staff to ensure we have the right people in the right positions.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure we are operating within our means.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
