Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Alberta Inc.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office. This includes managing correspondence, maintaining records, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, scanning, and shredding documents.
- Office Operations: Assist with daily office operations, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and performing data entry tasks.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with minimal supervision. The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail is essential.
