Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Restaurant P.H.R. inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure efficient meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that all food and beverages are presented in a clean and appealing manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- CPR Certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking required throughout the day. You will be expected to work under pressure, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail at all times.
