Food Service Manager

Labrador Donut Ltd is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
Fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.
