Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Restaurant P.H.R. inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
- Manage inventory and supplies, including estimating ingredient and supply requirements
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, including maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Prepare and submit reports, including sales and inventory reports
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform other physical demands of the job
Our restaurant is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and high-quality food. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a hybrid environment, with a mix of sitting, standing, and walking.
