Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Restaurant P.H.R. inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people, 3-4 people, 5-10 people, 11-15 people, or working groups.
- Certifications: CPR Certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
- Transportation: Own transportation.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
