Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at OTSFF Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and inventory levels.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, and plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in inventory control software.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
