About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at OTSFF Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve operational efficiency
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and operations
  • Inventory Management
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet business needs
  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
    • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Training and Development
    • Train workers in duties and policies
    • Arrange training for staff to improve skills and knowledge
  • Operational Logistics
    • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure efficient use of resources
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or operations role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
