We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Anytime Fitness Centurypark. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide general information about our services and facilities.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including answering phones, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Member Support: Assist members with special needs, provide directions, and offer support with equipment and facilities.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with members, staff, and management to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
