Job Title: Front Desk Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Construct Wave Inc.

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing administrative tasks to support the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as ordering office supplies.
  • Scheduling and Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, receive and issue payments, and perform other related tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Private sector, rural area, construction company.
