Job Title: Business Technical/System Analyst- Salesforce – IT

Job Summary:

Nexus Systems Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Technical/System Analyst- Salesforce – IT to join our team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will work closely with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology solutions that meet business needs.
  2. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for programmers and developers.
  3. Conduct cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to inform system implementation decisions.
  4. Develop and maintain technical knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
  5. Support complex business processes and work on multiple projects as a project team member.
  6. Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. 5+ years' experience in Business Technical/System Analyst roles, with a strong technical background.
  2. 5+ years' experience working on integration projects, with a focus on discovery and integration phases.
  3. 3+ years' experience with Salesforce configuration and support.
  4. Strong data modeling, data mapping, and data dictionary creation skills.
  5. Ability to produce swimlane diagrams, user journeys, UI mockups, and wireframes.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  1. Experience with Talend projects.
  2. Financial services experience.
  3. Knowledge of Oracle storage procedures with PL/SQL.
  4. Salesforce certifications, particularly the Salesforce Admin Certification.
  5. 3+ years' experience working with SOA.
  6. 2+ years' experience with Salesforce tools for workflow process execution and management.

Soft Skills:

  1. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex business requirements into agile user stories.

Education:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as computer science or computer engineering.
