Leadership Opportunity
As a Branch Manager with Western Coast Insurance Services, you will leverage your insurance expertise to drive team performance and achieve sales targets. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, employee engagement, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and team performance
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Champion corporate initiatives and policies, ensuring seamless implementation
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure process efficiency and compliance
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through continuous learning and professional development
Requirements
- General Insurance Level 2 License
- Proven supervisory experience with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Experience in recruitment, staff development, and performance management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results
What We Offer
