About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Western Financial Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, driving business growth, and championing corporate initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and coaching to your team, identifying and developing succession plans to ensure the continued success of the business.
- Develop and execute business, budget, and sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets.
- Champion and communicate corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures to ensure seamless implementation.
- Review and complete audits on processes, documentation, and correspondence to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
- Engage in continuous self-development through industry and community involvement, and industry-related courses to stay up-to-date with best practices.
Requirements
- General Insurance Level 2 License required.
- Supervisory experience leading teams to meet and achieve sales targets.
- Experience in recruitment, staff development, and performance management.
- Involvement in industry-related associations and community activities.
- Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal.
- Passionate about helping people, self-driven, and determined to succeed.
