About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Western Financial Group. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and coaching to your team, identifying and developing succession plans to ensure the continued success of the branch.
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Champion and implement corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Review and complete audits on processes, documentation, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Engage in continuous self-development through industry involvement, community participation, and relevant courses to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- General Insurance Level 2 License required.
- Proven supervisory experience leading teams to meet and achieve sales targets.
- Experience in recruitment, staff development, and performance management.
- Involvement in industry-related associations and community activities.
- Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passionate about helping people, self-driven, and determined to succeed.
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $75,000 - $100,000.
- Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week.
