Job Title: HVC Relationship Manager
About the Role:
We're looking for a highly skilled HVC Relationship Manager to join our team at Betway Group. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our high-value customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- SOW/SOF Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of customers' source of wealth and source of funds to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our high-value customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- AML and Responsible Gaming: Ensure that all customer interactions are conducted in accordance with our AML and responsible gaming policies.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our high-value customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and increase customer loyalty.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data and reports to analyze customer activity and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
