Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Leisure Manager to join our team at LUG Sports Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing programs and services, providing technical and professional advice, and overseeing the daily operations of a sport or recreational organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs and services that meet the needs of our members and clients
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to staff and stakeholders on recreational services and programs
  • Manage the daily operations of a sport or recreational organization, including budgeting, planning, and evaluation
  • Recruit and supervise staff, including professional coaches and athletes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
