About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at EllisDon.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing maintenance plans and schedules, purchasing order releases, and managing transactional processes in the CMMS system. They will also collaborate with the Facilities Team to manage capacity constraints, ensure timely completion of Facilities work orders, and expedite routine past-due work orders.

In addition, they will generate work orders using CMMS, release work orders to the Engineering Team, and develop improvements to focus on inventory reduction and material shortages. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CMMS, excellent computer skills, and experience in a maintenance planning role within large facilities.

Requirements
  • Post-Secondary Education in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Working knowledge of CMMS
  • APICS Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), SCMP designation, or similar designation an asset
  • 5+ years of experience in a Maintenance planning role within large facilities
  • Excellent computer skills, including advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, Access, etc.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
