Job Title: Web3 UX Design Expert

We are seeking a skilled Web3 UX Design Expert to join our team at NearSource Technologies. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for our web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and user requirements.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web applications.
  • Design user interfaces that are optimized for blockchain functionalities.
  • Develop dashboards that provide users with a seamless experience to view holdings and statistics.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Evaluate competitor projects, identify design weaknesses, and offer recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure the final product matches design standards and user expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer within the web3/crypto space.
  • A portfolio highlighting design work for web applications, with a focus on blockchain-based projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, smart contracts, and wallet integrations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
