Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent oral and written communication skills. In this position, you will be responsible for store, update and retrieve financial data, perform clerical duties such as maintain filing systems, complete and submit documentations for administration of benefits, inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans, compile statistics and reports, and perform data entry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Benefits:
This full-time permanent opportunity offers competitive compensation, including a salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
