CANADA KELI is currently looking for an experienced Administrative Services Director to join our team.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual who can provide strategic leadership and direction to our administrative services department. As an Administrative Services Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Directing and advising staff: You will be responsible for directing and advising staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  • Implementing corporate governance procedures: You will implement and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines.
  • Staff hiring and training: You will hire and train or arrange for the training of staff as needed.
  • Budget planning and administration: You will plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Reporting and briefs preparation: You will prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.

This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or public administration.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Judgment and organizational skills.
