Administrative Services Director for Canada Keli

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Director to join our team at Canada Keli.
About the RoleThis is a leadership position responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative functions within the organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, developing policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established frameworks.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and competencies.
- Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of 5-10 people.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare and present reports and briefs to senior management.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
