About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Trendwest Drilling Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities, including the procurement of materials and equipment, to ensure that projects are completed on time.
  • Staffing: Recruit, hire, and train construction workers, as well as manage staffing levels to meet project demands.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for construction workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Equipment Management: Set up and maintain equipment, including machinery and tools, to ensure that they are in good working order.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring that budgets are met.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
  • Procurement: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Leadership: Lead and instruct construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure that projects are completed successfully.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
