Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Foreman/Woman to join our team at NEW GREEN CONSTRUCTION AND MANAGEMENT LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide technical guidance and support to site staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all site staff, adhering to company health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with site staff, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
