Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our residential projects at HS DHANOA CONSTRUCTION LTD.. This role is crucial in ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage construction workers and project activities.
  • Provide training or coordinate training sessions for team members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
  • Develop strategies to meet project timelines.
  • Interpret and analyze blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for ongoing projects.
Supervisory Duties

Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 carpenters.

Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience in construction supervision.
