About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Scout Talent Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, laws, and company policies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and senior leadership.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
