Dental Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team at Yorkville Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in delivering high-quality services.
Responsibilities- Prepare patients for dental examinations and procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Maintain and order dental supplies, ensuring that our team has the necessary materials to provide excellent care.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide guidance on maintaining good oral health.
- Assist with taking and developing X-rays, as well as invoicing patients for dental services.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a dental setting is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
