Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Manager to join our team at Taco Factory Bar and Lounge. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that our inventory is always well-stocked.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that our operations are financially sustainable.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our operations team.
- Prepare and submit reports, ensuring that our team is informed and up-to-date on key performance indicators.
- 3-4 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
