Job Summary: As a key member of the Sushi Taku team, the Senior Culinary Operations Manager will oversee the preparation and presentation of meals, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency. This role involves training and developing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and enforcing health and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement kitchen operations procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Train and mentor junior staff members in food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to drive business growth and expansion

Additional Support:
  • Provide ongoing support to new hires, including training and onboarding
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients
  • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff members
