About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Culinary Manager to lead our kitchen team at Tisdale Hotel & Pub. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menu strategies that align with our hotel's brand and quality standards
  • Manage and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared consistently
  • Maintain inventory control, ordering supplies and equipment as needed
  • Collaborate with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and reduce waste
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior culinary management role or equivalent
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
