Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Kin's Social. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that our inventory is properly managed.
- Hire and train new staff members to ensure that our team is well-equipped to provide excellent service.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that our operations are running efficiently.
- Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure that our restaurant is meeting its goals and objectives.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work in a noisy and wet/damp environment with occasional exposure to hot temperatures.
