Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen (Treat). As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Maintain Records: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
