Restaurant Manager

At Dairy Queen (Treat), we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food production.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Hire and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Address customer complaints and concerns, providing prompt and courteous resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Safe Food Handling certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
