About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Inspector to join our team at FormStudio Architects. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our building projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan Review and Inspection: Examine plans, drawings, and site layouts to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and specifications.
  • Construction Site Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure that building and engineering construction is in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
  • Quality Assurance: Verify that all construction work meets the required standards of quality, safety, and durability.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all construction sites are safe and healthy for workers and the public.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control construction costs to ensure that projects are completed within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, architecture, or engineering.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction inspection or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and specifications; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
