Key Responsibilities- Plan Review and Inspection: Examine plans, drawings, and site layouts to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and specifications.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the construction process, identify potential issues, and ensure that work is progressing according to plan.
- Quality Control: Verify that construction materials and workmanship meet the required standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and other relevant documentation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction inspection or a related field.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and specifications; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
