Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced culinary team leader to oversee kitchen operations and supervise staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and training on cooking techniques and food safety protocols.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the food industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
The salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, vision care, and retirement savings plan.
