Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Kumare Restaurant and Bakery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies to maintain profitability.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams, controlling costs, and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
