Job Summary

The successful candidate will have significant experience in leadership capacity on complex initiatives, including the ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, manage vendors, manage a budget, and provide guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle in an agile delivery environment.

Responsibilities
  • Familiarity with ITAM frameworks and best practices, as well as cyber security and Zero Trust principles.
  • A strong background in large hardware replacement rollouts, including familiarity with modems in a retail environment and mitigation plans for unexpected challenges.
  • A strong background in application implementations using vendors and partners for implementation, including web development and website infrastructure, SaaS applications, mobile applications, and integrations in complex environments.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and scheduling skills with very strong attention to detail, as well as excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills to communicate complicated technical issues effectively to various audiences, including executive and senior leadership, product managers, agile team members, vendor-partners, service providers, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of standard project management methodologies and tools, including scope and budget management, work breakdown structures, and scheduling.
  • Fluent in Confluence, Jira, the Microsoft Office Suite/SharePoint, and MS Project.
  • Experience working with a Crown corporation is preferred, as is experience with the gambling industry.
