Job Summary

">We seek an experienced Senior IT Project Director to lead complex initiatives, manage teams, and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle in an agile delivery environment. The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent diploma in technology, supplemented by formal project management training and certification such as PMP (preferred) or PRINCE2.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Familiarity with IT Asset Management and Device Management domains, including ITAM frameworks and best practices.
  • Knowledge of cyber security and Zero Trust best practices.
  • Experience with large hardware replacement rollouts, including modems in retail environments.
  • Background in application implementations using vendors and partners for implementation.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and scheduling skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
  • Effective communication skills to convey complicated technical issues to various audiences.
  • Familiarity with predictive and hybrid project management, kanban/agile methodologies, and work management tools like Jira.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of standard project management methodologies and tools.
  • Fluency in Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Office Suite/SharePoint, and MS Project.
  • Preferably, experience working with a Crown corporation or the gambling industry.
