About the Role

Liaison College is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff and management team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes, agendas, and action items.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and make reservations as needed.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our office and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
