Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
  • Food Order Summaries: Prepare food order summaries for our chef, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
  • Tray Assembly and Delivery: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that all food is presented in a clean and appealing manner.
  • Food Trolley Delivery: Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all food is delivered to the correct location.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
