About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Bob's Restaurant 2015 Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient service
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports as required
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Personal Qualities
    • Efficient interpersonal skills
    • Excellent oral communication skills
    • Team player with a positive attitude
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week
